The death of a loved one can be a difficult time for their loved ones and this includes their parish family. The Rites of Christian Burial should be offered to the faithful who have passed from this life to the next, assisting them with our prayers and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the repose of their soul.
As a Catholic is approaching death, they or their family are encouraged to call one of our priests to ensure that Anointing of the Sick and the Apostolic Pardon may be offered to them. We wish to be with you and assist you with the sacramental presence of Jesus who calls us all back to Himself.
Once a parishioner has died, they are encouraged to let us know and to work with their chosen funeral home to assist in arranging the funeral Mass or service. One of our priests will be in contact with you once we have been informed of your loved one’s death to make the proper arrangements.
